I'm just waiting for my M-tech kit, my OEM bumper is in excellent condition (no scratches) and I'm located in So. Cal. also.

Man, you have to be patient if you want to score one that you do not have to repaint in order to bring down the cost. If you don't mind having to repaint, then you might as well go for Mtech bumper...it is so much better than the stock piece.
