Want to lease a 335i Coupe. Good Deal??

Here are the quote that I got.

M.S.R.P - 48100
Price negotiated - 45960

0 down. 2157.31 due at signing. (695 bank fees, first month payment, 650 security deposit, and registration)

Lease for 36 months/10000miles

money factor .00195
residual 63%

monthly with tax is 633.24. (not including MSD)

Is this a good deal? Should I take it? Any opinion is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Premium, sport, winter package, steptronic, paddles, park distance control (girlfriend will need it) ;-), and Ipod adapter. White with red interior. I am still debating should I go back to a Manual but given new york traffic, i think its better that i stick with the auto.

Great deal then. See if you can give MSD's to lower the monthly.

I say this to everyone who asks if it is a good deal or not. Everybody's financial situation is different. What is good for one person, could be too much for another. The one thing I think you should ask yourself is, am I happy with this? Look into your own finances, and see if you can afford the payments. Then see if you are comfortable making those payments. If yes to both, go right ahead and get that car.

ok heres my take on the 6MT and NYC. I live in NY, but most of my driving is done in the boroughs. I learned to drive stick on the 335 and driving stick in traffic isnt as bad as i thought. Yes, your gonna have to shift alot but it really isnt that bad.

imo go stick, im so glad i didnt go auto.
