Lower grille question
Sorry I know this is probably an easy question for everyone, but I'm not 100% sure. There's 3 lower grilles, the pic shows the main grille and the right grille.
If I go to this site here http://www.getbmwparts.com/partlocat...47&startrow=26 And order part no. PKE92BLKMESH (half way down the page) is that the correct lower grille set? I have no idea what active cruise control is nor do I know if I am pre-lci. I don't think i have active cruise control And then my last question - all 3 grilles just pop out, right? I looked at them, it appears like they just have clips around them. Basically I'm looking for black grilles. These grilles I have now look wrotten silver. |

Pre-lci means e9x's made before the 2009 facelift.
It's only for e92's, so I don't what you have but if it's a sedan it's a no go. And as for removing the grille, just pop it out: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10636 |

The lower grills don't "just pop right off" on the e92s. They are snapped in, yes, but from the back side of the bumper. You have to remove the bumper to remove the grill. Unless you have small hands, then you can just remove all the screws holding the lower half of the bumper on and slide your hand up from underneath to remove the grills, but a lot of people will tell you it's easier to remove the bumper.
