Which dealership is better Sterling or Fairfax?

Sterling's loaner program sucks... You have to be there at 7am to hopefully get a loaner!

Not if you schedule ahead of time and specify you need a loaner. I've gotten one 100% of the time since it's opened and I'm never awake that early

Sean called me back and confirmed that but it was too late... I already took the car to FFX...

Really nice guy btw and seemed to be willing to whatever to take care of me... Im def going to him for any service from here on out...
