I have an 2006, 320i Australian spec. Would love to have an aftermarket reverse camera installed. Bought one of these cameras

Got a friend to do a test hook up. got picture but kept getting scrolling bars on the screen, he said that it was picking up interference from somewhere and unplugged everything. Can anyone suggest what we did wrong? what is the best way to connect this up so that the picture is clear and I dont end up stuffing up my car.
any help/advise would be greatly appreciated. thanks
