BMW survey and 5's

What are the questions on this survey? I pick up my PCD on Aug 7th and have received a desperate and somewhat (in my view) unprofessional email from my CA saying she needs 5s on everything and to call her immediately if she doesn't get them.

Since I don't know what the questions are it is hard to know the answer! Her service was okay but nothing I'd brag to others about. At one point I was interested in terra but wanted to see the color. There were no cars available but we wlaked over to look at an X3 only for it to have been sold. Since then I have found out it isn't even the same color (terracotta on the X3). So for me, her product knowledge is a little lacking.

Does everyone give 5's anyway regardless? Advice / comments?

I should be getting my survey within the next few weeks too so I am kinda curious what type of questions are asked. Also my CA really lacked knowledge on the car. For godsakes he doesnt even know what Logic 7 is. It seems like im the CA and hes the buyer. But that is teh dealership I bought the car from but when I first test drove the car last year that salesperson was the best. He knew the car from top to bottom and gave me the best test drive of my life. Best part is when he asked me you see that stop sign tell me when to brake. He gave me safety features on the car including the design features. Too bad he is a 50 minute drive dealer that wont budge on price.

if you don't, you'll cost them money and unless they really screwed up I don't see a reason to take bread off anyone's table

yeah, just hit the search button and you'll see 7 14 page threads on the issue


it's bullshit, but I don't personally think it's about seeing how the system works and adapting. Others think it's OK to rate as you see fit and don't think a 4 is that bad.

I was never called about this survey regarding my dealer and I've had my car since June 16th...should I be concerned?

Got mine 7 weeks after delivery. Gave them all 5's because they earned it.
