Thanks for the plug George. I'd be more than happy to meet up any of you local guys and show you the LS3 V2 w/ full black out package in person. Just PM me and we'll arrange it. Here are some new and updated pics by jzhang@1013mm Photography enjoy

The headlight conversion is not as hard as it looks. Takes a little basic knowledge.

I just got the LS3 V2 installed on my car by Duy at BavX last week and let me tell you that I have no regrets getting them. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus Duy does awesome work. Looks perfect. Pictures don't do them justice. Definitely have to see them in person.

The Angel Eyes really stand out now. Very bright and doesn't get washed out by sunlight. I would tell anyone interested in angel eyes don't waste your money on LED plug and play bulbs, just save your money for the LS3.

In my humble opinion, I don't see much difference between these and the OSS V2s I just got. I am in awe of my OSS lights, don't get me wrong. I would like for someone to point out cosmetic / physical differences, as I am hard pressed to find any Just seems like a more convenient west coast solution

Yeah it is. That's the reason why I went with the LS3 V2. I can drive there, drop off my car and pick it up 5 hours later. Plus Bav X is open on Saturdays, which makes it even more convenient for me. I've never seen the OSS in person, but I'm certain the OSS are an excellent option too. You can't go wrong with either option. Both look great in my opinion. Way better than any LED plug and play option out there.

They do not dim with the headlights on. Check out the video I posted!

Since you're located in the OC, I would recommend that you hit up BavX for the LS3 for the pre-LCI E90. They're local in Brea, CA and you can simply drive your car there to get the service done without having to ship your headlights out for weeks at a time. Here's a teaser shot of my buddy Angel's (cl0nehigh) pre-lci E90 335i with the LS3 w/ the amber black out option for you to check out!

For sure man sent you back a message with my cell. I will actually be at Autoconla showing with Europrojektz this Saturday for all you local guys who want to see the LS3 V2 in person.

It may not be hard, but it sure is a whole lot of work. I literally spent an entire Saturday watching Duy work his magic for 5 hours on a set of headlights before.

Drive to BavX on a Saturday drop your car off for them to work on your headlights. They'll even take you to the local mall for you to kill time too if you request to do so

Couldn't have said it better myself. I pushed very very hard for us SoCal residents to have this solution here locally for those exact reasons. I spent my own time and money and gave Duy/Brad an extra set of headlights to R&D the LS3 to make this happen. I also had both the LS3 V1 and now the V2 as well!

Cosmetically they're going to be basically the same. However, the hardware and assembly are totally different between the two products. You can't go wrong with either solution and congrats on the OSS Headlights as they're definitely beautiful!

its a PITA though. better off parting with the $300 it takes to get it installed right and worry free.

Here's another pic from Autoconla this past weekend featuring the one and only Ms. Amy Fay!

Exactly, you pay $300 to have a professional shop do the install and have it all completed in a 4-5 hour time period!
