No Video only Audio in forum videos:

Hi,

Had to call TalkTalk to sort out not being able to send e-mails, now I only get audio and black screen in videos posted on here.

TalkTalk reset Internet Explorer settings, sure it is something to do with this ??

Youtube works fine.

Had this happen before, when TalkTalk sorted a problem, but cannot remember the fix.

Any suggestions ?

UPDATE:

Suddenly remembered the fix, so now sorted.
