Looking for: tap into cars antennas for my GPS, & my Cell Phone (anywone?)

I know there's a GPS antenna I should be able to use to connect to my own GPS as an antenna-extension.

Likewise, I'd like to make my own cell phone antenna extension.
(I have bluetooth, but not Nav or iPod)

Anyone done this???

I would love to know how to tap the GPS antenna. In the middle of city with high rise around, those little Garmins loses track of location real fast
