**********s take a long time
Now this might seem silly but I have ordered some vinyl overlays 2 weeks ago from **********s and still haven't received anything. The money came out the very next day, but shipping of some stupid vinyl stickers is horrible....how long does it take? Just came back from soflaE90.com meet and had multiple people say the exact same thing. Does anyone else experiences that? I am getting ready to order bunch of other stuff, and would hate to wait forever again.

(You can always send one of us an Email and we'll help you out(send me an email with your order info and I'll look into for you). For the Vinyls - the orders are sent out immediatly and then they go out to the machine to get cut for your order. So they take a little while, I will talk to the manufacturer to see if we can expedite their process.

The Vinyls are not cut by us. Again they go out to the proper companies that make the item. Plus if you are unsatisfied in anyway, we either get(or got you an exchange) or allow you to return your item. We get your orders out either to production or to you as quickly as possible, and will continue to do so. Hearing that the vinyl delay is such a troublesome wait, I am already in talks with our supplier so that they can speed up their production time.

I'm sure there's a reason as to why they're having a hard time getting back to you. It's not that they're ignoring you because they make sure they get to every customer they can in one day .. or even a week. It's practically Mike and Ron against the whole world, so I wouldn't call it terrible service.
What's wrong with being charged on a backordered item? I've been charged by many other companies for variety of other items not related to cars that were backordered. I don't think you're familiar with the internet yet. You should just give them another email until they respond, they get hundreds of emails a day, and that's not an exaggeration. |

It's not the customer's fault they take long to respond.
It's like being placed on hold for Comcast for a hour, sure they got flooded with calls but does that mean I have to pay for it? Hire more. |
