Im sure this kind of things will happen, I think you should just wait (since it is the weekends) and then wait for the reply from tischer before ranting.

I believe they will sort things out without much issue

I ordered the e90 Performance intake from them... One of the main air box pieces came damaged. When I spoke with Evan and Jason about the situation, they did the right thing right away and gave me a new piece... They really do work hard to keep all of us happy.

I think you should just wait until Monday to speak with them. They really strive toward the highest degree of professionalism, and I will be doing business with them for as long as I have a BMW.

I called they were open talked to a few folks, they just said no one could help me with it till monday.

Tischer is quality product and service assured. This is not on purpose, stuff happens, let them fix it. It will be ok, just wait til monday, they can't ship anything until then anyways.

No need to make a "beware" post about Tischer. Simple mistake and I'm sure they'll straighten it out as soon as they're able. Jason & Evan - it just doesn't get much better than these guys - they'll take care of you. Relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

For god sakes, it's Saturday today and a lot of the parts department are closed anyways. This is real life and blunders do happen. Don't tell me that you have never made a mistake and thought that people did not give you enough time to correct it before they start moaning and groaning. You're doing the exact same thing now that you think you're the "victim"...... Just chill and they'll fix your problem after the long weekend.

I'm almost certain they will take care of you. FYI, they may have left early on Friday and do not open on the weekends. You will hear from them on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday.

I just placed an order for a CCC(sad to say a costly part) and Jason was very helpful!

I actually like the glacier silver! :-) It reminds me of my old 330i w/ the ZHP package...sigh. Good luck w/ the install, Tischer will do the right thing and fix the problem. I know it's frustrating when your excited about playing with your car, but be patient.

I can understand your frustration but it's saturday and the guys in parts are out of the office till monday/tuesday but that being said just do a quick search and you'll find Tischer is known to have excellent customer service but like anything else in the world problems occasionally arise between where Evan/Jason take your order and where the orders get filled... shoot the guys an email and i'm sure they'll straighten everything out as soon as they get back in the office monday/tues morning! (holiday weekend)
