18x11 et 44 fit on a non M e92?

Have the opportunity to buy a nice set of apex ec-7s. The front specs are fine but the rears are 18x11 et44 which is a little bit worrisome to me. From the research I've done they'll fit on an e92 m3 and in the guy was previously running them on his e90 and said he just has a 5 mm spacer and is lowered and they're fine. But I know e92 fitment is slightly different than e90. Does anyone have any insight or if these wheels could fit? If so what would I need to do to accommodate them. I'm fine with fender rolling and maybe a small bit of camber but not a lot. Thanks
