I am having problems with the windows, using my scan tool, I can actuate the front two, and using the key in the door, I can actuate all 4.
the power window switch does nothing, but reading the footwell module data with my scantool, I can see that the module sees command from the switch for all 4 windows. I'm having a (maybe) separate issue in that the top is closed and the car sees its closed, but does not see its locked, even though I have mechanically locked it.

I'm sure its a sensor telling the car not to operate the windows, but not sure what it could be.

any help would be appreciated!!!
