After months of planning, and weeks of waiting I finally have dual exhuast,tips whatever u wanta consider it :-)

interesting... i have dual exhaust from the headers back, but i decided to throw away the mufflers and catalytic converters...

more details please. What did you do with your rear storage bin? Looks like you added more film and relocated something. Please share. Looks great.

oh wow.. looks good but isnt that exhaust heavier than stock?? are you going to keep your 330 badge on??

You're not getting an SES light for moving the carbon canister? The EVAP system in my car is very sensitive. It will trip after 2 stored shadow events, normally about 250 miles. If the system doesn't hold the pressure the DMTL pump sets, it will throw various errors depending on the amount of leakage. I had P0442 (Leakage Detected), 2A15 (Fine Leakage Detected) after patching the hose up, and now 2A16 keeps coming back after retighting the clamps on my fix. I'm eventually going to replace the vent hose (that's what's leaking) but I need to drop the fuel tank which I am not excited about doing. Though I also don't like clearing the SES light every couple of weeks.

Also did you replace the under-trunk compartment? Mine looks way different.

haha i did that too my car.. only problem i faced was the petrol filter.. did u have to extend it ?

Stock 335i mufflers, with Performance Midpipes...sounds alittle bit quieter than PE, but still loud enough when u get on it. I'll try and get a video perhaps this weekend

Maybe 5-8 lbs...not enough to ever notice..yes why wouldn't I ? I'm happy with my 330

No SES light, have done alittle over a 100 miles nothing as of now. I replaced the trunk compartment with the 335/m3 version to make room for a new muffler setup

OP I want video clips. How much did this whole thing cost you in the end? Obviously 335 bumper, 335 muffs, install, trunk liner....spill the beans

Your going to need a m3/335 trunk bin...heat shield..plastic under belly shield..misc screws...you'll have to relocate your vacuum canister so you'll need 4 misc hoses and to extend the wiring also...

This weekend is sopose to be decent, Im going to try to gather different videos

Getting pipe bend,welded in..$230

I sold my old bumper & muffler to offset the cost

I would imagine just swapping the storage unit would allow space for m like quads. What do you think op?

Its more than just popping out ur old storage bin, and replacing it..you WILL have to relocate your vacuum canister or stare at a SES light and possibly burning your car up (gas fumes, near hot exhuast ?) ..But assuming you do the whole conversion...you can pretty much have any exhaust setup you want 335 stock aftermarket,m3 whatever your little heart desires basically since e9x don't come with a spare you have alot of room.

Whats the motivation for this? Sound or appearence? It looks like someone is copying a 335 with that setup. I would do a quad or something different so it does not look like your just trying to pretend your a 335 (which I know you are not but appears that way)
