not sure but not many miles also rusty hubs

I have had the e90 six months on the 12th april and will have done 1450miles .Had a call from bmw today they wont replace rusty hubs anymore as the new ones will rust as well WTF.my service guy has spent the week trying to find a cure and off the record said i think silver hammerite but this is not the company line just mine sort of off the record great .My next line is speaking to who ever is next up the chain as im now considering asking that im removed from all there mail lists .

I have bought 7 bmws and one mini from Chandlers Bmw Brighton. and if this is the best advise and help they can afford to offer me i will take my £ elsewhere in future and i mean any where must offer more customer support than sweet f a .I dont suppose they will give two hoots but i for one will at least have the chance to vent my frustration

900 miles here in 3 weeks, and incidentally I'm averaging 26mpg according to the computer. Not bad for a heavy turbocharged petrol car IMO!

Only another couple of weeks until it's fully run in and I can enjoy it to its full potential I've hit 5500-6000rpm very briefly a couple of times during overtakes, but for the most part I'm surfing the torque and staying below 4500rpm.

1200 for me in month 1. Alex, same for me, averaging 26.1 mpg so far - quite pleased with that as a lot of those miles have been around town. I am through the run-in now and have taken the revs up and WHAT A CAR!!

Hmmm... only 6000 miles in seven months. Though I did get to put about a thousand on a courtesy car whilst mine was in the bodyshop.

2100 miles in first month and 40MPG - not bad for a tight 330d auto!

7k in 6 months or so and averaging 34 mpg. Not bad as daily commute is only 22 miles round trip. Most of the mileage done for pleasure though.

At least the paint will have a chance to dry so you won't end up with loads of stone chips during your first few weeks of ownership.

Back on topic, since the end of November I have done 8500 miles and am currently averaging 36mpg in my 335D

Don't know about the first month but I've done 2600 Km(around 1600 miles) since the 2nd of January

Must be nearly run in now

Sometimes I wonder why I bother having a car at all

I've done about 6000 miles in about 2 months since getting the 320d.
However, when I got the 535d touring I managed to rack up around 9000 miles in just under 12 weeks, I went to the Geneva Motor Show the first weekend, then to Paris a week later and then down to St. Tropez a few weeks after that.

It gobbled the miles up, but to be honest I ended up getting a bit sick up the car, so I try and not use them quite as much when they are new now.
