Question About Wheels and Fender

Based off of this picture do you think this fender will need to be rolled? I am planning on lowering later this year with H&R's so if I dialed in Neg camber slightly would that negate getting a fender roll? I appreciate your input!

Either measure it

or fill the car up with your mates and a few crates of beer in the trunk, find a bumpy road and see if it rubs!
