Anyone drop an A4 on H&R?

I read through a couple threads on the audi forums but I couldn't find much. Just wondering if anyone has done this on H&R OE sports? If so how was the ride...and I'm talking only springs...

I went with Eibach Pro Kit. It's mild. I wish I matched with shocks though as vertical control is not as good (a bit of pogo effect when the car crests over hills). Feels great on the track though.

I didn't see a pro kit for it...I was wondering too...looks like all the members go with H&R OE sports as far as springs. What's the drop with the pro-kit? Did you have sports pkg?

My wife has an A4 (08), we had it on H&R springs only for a couple of weeks but it just felt off balance, so we added some Bilstein shocks and that really helped nail everything down.

Ride was pretty smooth with just springs, it just felt like the shocks couldn't handle it very well.

If it's H&R OE or Sport you'll be fine. Both are barely even a drop at all and the ride is nearly the same with the Sport springs being noticeably stiffer but not uncomfortable.

gizmo, the eibach prokit was pretty mild. 1.2" front and rear approximately.

I have nonsport shocks.

Cool thanx. How's the ride? I have sport susp. I wonder if the drop would be 1.2 all around for me too? That would be perfect I think.

Daily driving its comfortable. A bit firmer, but not the same reaction that the E90 got when changing springs. Also got less body roll.

My A4 now sits lower than a stock S-line.

I have a B8 on OE Sports and I think that the ride is great. I even used the stock shocks and have never had a problem. Very comfortable and smooth.
