MAJOR props to Steve @ Bimmian
I ordered a domelight for my E93 2011 on their site. I goofed and ordered the incorrect one. Not only did Steve call me to let me know he suspected it was incorrect, he also provided me the correct domelight right away, along with a self addressed envelope to ship back the incorrect domelight. The customer service blew me away for Bimmian, not to mention their product is fantastic.
In an age where customer service and followup after the sale seems to be a rarity, BIMMIAN delivered, on both product AND service! A+ experience- BRAVO BIMMIAN!  |
