The rims you have on the car are in my opinion one of the nicest made for the 3 series.

Used AG 310 or 359?
Your final cost will not just depend on the rims you get, but also the size of the rim; whether it is staggered etc. because that directly translates to the price of the tires as well. 18X8 squared setup with 225/35 all round = cheaper overall. vs. 19X8/9.5 staggered with 225/35 and 265/30 = more expensive combo, esp. for tires. A staggered setup is where the rear rim/tire sizes (usually tire sidewall and rim/tire width) are larger than the front. This gives the appearance of a more aggressive and fatter rear look (also better summer traction if you are RWD). There should be some stickies in the this forum on that, or simply search for squared vs. staggered to get the idea of what is right for you. But yes, a staggered setup (wheel + tires) will usually be more expensive than a squared setup simply because you are ordering off-sizes. |
