I'm willing to spend up to $39k. Options I would like it to have: M Sport (must), Premium Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, Logic7 Sound Upgrade, and Comfort Access Keyless Entry, NO Navigation (I feel it will just outdate the car faster).

I live in Austin, TX and right now I am considering purchasing one of these cars: 1 / 2 But neither are absolutely perfect so I thought I would try my luck here because there isn't too much of a rush.

If you've got something simliar to what I have described above go ahead and post

Edit: a lot of what I listed above isn't a deal breaker (trim material, cold weather, etc.) however it must be E90 and be either black or le mans blue

i got one, it's white with red interior, every single options you listed including navi, 30k miles.

it's 09 with updated navi, so i won't outdate quick.

White with red interior looks awesome but for this I'm looking for an E90 in black or le mans blue, thanks for the reply though

Looks like Sathoro an I have similar taste, except I'm in the market for a STICK shift sedan. Should you want to part with yours, give me a shout. Flexible on color, but I do want M-sport, prem, comfort access and folding rear seat. Other goodies fine too. Thanks
