Hey guys..

I am new to the boards looking to get a 335 coupe soon..

seen a only two on the streets of SA..

I am coming from a heavily modded white s2000.

I have a couple of choices in vehicles but the 335 is the top of my list. Want a tastefully modded one eventually so we will see..

Would like to see how they run when they are actually tuned on Vishnu and JB2...

Hey! Welcome... why don't you come to the get-together tonight... I rode in oct1285's e90 last night, tuned with a JB3 with the new 1.2 map... freaking AMAZING... I was amazed not only at the power (hitting 14psi) but the power delivery was very smooth... maybe he'll give you a ride...

Not sure what you had on your s2000, but I'm guessing the 335i will give you a lot more torque... but I don't think the handling will be as good...

I may just do that but where do you meet at? I gotta check what the fiance has in store for us tonight.. but I may convince to be out for a bit if I tell her about going and meeting some 335 owners.. she loves cars..

You should def go to the meet.. were meeting at The Quarry Market the location is on page 7 or 8 lol. Have you thought about the 135i and puting a JB3? Im buying an 09 135i (in about 2 months) and im actually prbly gona order my JB3 in a few wks to throw it on as soon as I reach the recommended miles! Also already got a few parts for the car and workn on getn more stuff..

Boooo I was really wanting to go to this meet but my mom doesnt want me driving the truck today cuz I been driving back n forth using gas to see my dad in the hospital and he just got out so I wont have a ride or anything..
(any idea whens the next meet??)

We should all get together and play sum pool at the house sumtime tho!!

I am interested in some mildly modded 335's but I am unsure about any SA here in San Antonio that will understand and not void my warranty on the car..

Honestly, if you get a mod that ends up damaging your car, you can't expect BMW to cover the damages under warranty. However, the mod must be directly related to the damage... so cosmetic mods won't really affect your warranty... but if you get a chip, you can kiss your engine/drivetrain warranty goodbye.

Need to do it again...and during daylight. I might have a guy who does pro photos who would be willing to come do a shoot. It would help his portfolio and give us some bad ass images.

Hey, Skim, it was great to meet you and all of the other guys (and the lady too). I just registered on this forum; I am normally on the 1Addicts forum since I have a 135 cpe. I took pictures too with my little pocket camera and they weren't any better than yours. I posted them on the 1Addicts forum and was going to post them here, but you covered all the cars that were there, so I won't put mine up. I should have brought my SLR, but didn't want to lug it around all night. Did you go to the dinner at Pei Wei?
