get the magnetic one from ecs or whatever that company is called

Why is the head stripped? It's an oil drain bolt for christ's sake, not a lug bolt. You are over tightening the bolt. It only needs about 20 lbft or so. Sung it up and and then just hit the end of the ratcet sideways with the side of you fist to set the torque.
