Question: Number of Days 800 Info is Delayed By?

The 800 number has always said my 330 was to be completed tomorrow, the 10th of April. On Friday and Saturday, the 800 lady said I was in the BODY SHOP. I called today, Sunday, and it says I'm in the PAINT SHOP. I figure that the 800 system HAS to be delayed by a certain number of days. Has anyone figured that out? I think it would help everyone to know how many days to add or subtract when new info first appears on the 800 system. Thanks. Larry in Los Angeles
