The map mess up plus the new type of connector have put me off iPhones. When my iPhone 3Gs eventually expires I'm thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy.

Anyone know if Samsung Galaxies use the standard thumbnail size SIM card or if they use the micro SIM card which Apple started using from iPhone 4 onwards?

But you can do 1 click download and save on youtube videos then watch them without buffering.

And how do you take panorama photos by default camera?

Open up the camera > press options > press panorama

I'm actually impressed with the update on my old iPhone 4, some of the new features are nice (call reject with txt especially) and it runs noticeably quicker all round. I was considering getting an iphone5 but I actually feel like its given my original 4 a new lease of life...........

The BMW remote app still works (albeit using Apple maps) in case anyone is wondering.

Just done my ipad and there is very little of note for ipad users

Worked fine on my iPhone 4. Meh sums it up best. The forum app doesn't work quite right now as the forum options button is too big now and obscures the other buttons underneath.

That might be new for Apple, but the old Windows Mobile phone I had about 5 years ago had it. I think I never actually used it, though.
What that old phone had that I did use was the panoramic picture. Oh wait! that's new for Apple, too!!

The new S3 takes a micro sim (because clearly is needs to save space on board ) but the S2 etc all take standard sims.

Downloaded iOS6 to my ipad2 yesterday and its now unable to connect to the wifi at home. Tried all sorts but cant fix it.
Apple customer service may as well be run by a Paraguayan Hermit from a hut on top of a mountain, it would probably be easier to get through to him.
It utter poo, Im not impressed that a new Operating System is released with so many glitches (just google it).
They also make sure you cant roll back to the previous software so theres no solution until they get their arses in gear and release an update.

On states side, somebody confirmed that Apple lightning 30 pin adaptor works with currect sat navs.
