I have heard that max MPH for the non sport--due to tire rating-- is only 130 something... anyway to up that now that I have my Zr series on there.. will the TT effect it?

tire rating, as in thats all government organizations rateed it for... and the factory limited it in the ECU, just putting on new tires wont take away the limiter

I realize that... now that I have my Z rated tires on my car...( now safe to exceed 130---for tire sake) how can I have the ECU updated for higher speed.... will dealer perform this task

nope, don't even bother asking the question. To my knowledge no one at this time is offering a top speed limiter "remover" for any of the E9X series vehicles. Be happy you can do 130.
