Is it normal for oil on BOV tip?

I was recently looking in my engine bay and saw some oil around the edges of my HKS bov on the front side. Anyone know if this is anything serious or what it could be? I have a picture attached showing the location im talking about.

Time to get an OCC! When I was putting on my ER charge pipe and HKS SSQV, I found a pretty decent amount of oil in my stock CP and DV's. Bought the BMS OCC and all is clean now.

Also, if I were you, I'd take the SSQV apart and clean the oil out of it.

Hmm, just searched up on what an OCC was in the firt place. Had some differing in opinions on them from the search. Did you notice any difference in power or any difference feeling at all after putting on the OCC?

No loss in power or performance with the BMS OCC. They oversize the lines to ensure minimal pressure drop. It just catches any rouge oil in the intake track.
