Black E90 Pre-LCI. Wheels color/style?
Hey guys, I'm about to order new 19" wheels for my Sapphire Black 330xi 2006. My car is about stock except for matte black front grills so I'm still on the original suspension (Sports package).
I like the styles of VMR710, Alufelgen SF-71, Forgestar F14 (a bit more $$ tho) so that part is quite ok but I wanted to come up with something a bit original..yes it seems impossible at this point since everything has been done or almost. My first color choice was matte black but something wild might be great too so orange came into my mind. What do you guys think? Is orange too agressive for a car that is almost stock? Should I stay sober and opt for black or silver? 3 choices! - Original choice Black (credits to mikeominster for the pic, great car btw) - Second choice Orange (couldnt find a pic with a 3 series, sorry) - Or Diamond Cut Black Thanks! Ahah well yeah Orange is Orange but I like how it looks on a black car or white car. My problem with orange is that Imo, the whole car needs to be tuned and in perfect condition to look good. otherwise it looks like a 18yo kid whose parents gave the car to..
First time I see Diamond Cut Black on a e90 and I think Im liking it more and more. |

I'll go for black wheels on my black n52 as soon as I can pull 450hp at the rear wheels. I promise.
Go for the diamond cut or, not shown, hyper silver. IMO never gets old with a black car. |

diamond is pretty but not very original.
Forget the matte black, it is so common and so boring. Orange is over the top. If you can live with the stigma, it does look pretty. |

Now, the SF-71 arent available anymore but I found something that I think looks quite a bit similar and might look good on a black E90.
What do you guys think? Those are Stance Evolution wheels. |
