Multifunction retrofit

Hey guys,

I got an E90 320i, I want to do a steering retrofit to get the M3 sport steering to work on it. The catch is I currently don't have a multifunction steering. What needs to be done in order to retrofit a multifunction steering onto a car that doesn't have it? Also, what needs to be done in order to get the paddles to work? I did a search but only came up with stuff where people did swaps who already had the multifunction system stock on their car. This is a Euro model car, hence the more base features. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
