2014 nav dvd final version

Just rang BMW Southbank to enquire about the latest DVD based nav disc.
Was told that the 2014 version ($378!) was the final one to be produced, leaving drivers of CCC vehicles in the cold.
Just an FYI, I found it interesting that they stop supporting navigation version only 6 years old.
(PS, if anyone has one for Professional Nav, I'd love a copy!)

There are far cheaper alternatives to buying the disc. I have an '09 E92 with Business system, and through some searching, was able to download the latest version (v19) for a considerably cheaper cost.
