Hey USAF Rick, Just a question, why did you go with the 5"FMIC vs. 7" FMIC from VRSF? Just wondering, was looking at them and thinking of going with one of these. Thanks

I heard that if I bought a 5" I wouldn't have to fabricate anything. Then while installing everything with my bumper off, I realize that if I had a dremel it wouldn't be hard at all. If I can do it again, I would've got the 7" because it wouldn't take that much more work to make it fit.

New to SD, anyone recommend a contact for an extended warranty? Mine is up in August and only have 31K on the clock. Can't believe the quotes I've been getting. Nearly 5K for the one with navi protection.

SD BMW CCA autox tomorrow. It's an all day affair so if you're in the mood to make new BMW friends, just stop by the stadium and say hi.
Registration is closed but spots are still available if you want to run your car. Just show up at 7am. http://www.sdbmwcca.com/autocross/fliers/2013-05-11.php

I pretty sure ACG (Automotive Connoisseur Group) has done them before.

If you go to ACG, have fun paying $500 for an angel eye install... And James is a bit of a crook, dating back to his days of Creative Autoworks.

What exactly are you wanting? What car do you drive? I guess since you're saying angel eye install, you must not have angel eyes at all, right? Where are you located?

Okay guys, I searched and searched and couldn't find anything. Both my angel eyes in my E92 went out at the same time in Vegas, I got back yesterday and tried to put in the stock bulbs. When I did that, neither of the angel eyes would light up. I tried doing it about 3 times, switching the bulbs, buying new ones, but nothing is working. Has anyone had this problem and can help?
I have tried: - Resetting the battery - Made sure connections were okay - Settings in car |
