Protecting Matte Black Wheels

I have matte black wheels. I was wondering if its OK to wash then use a sealant like Zaino Clear Seal on them? Could I use Poorboys Wheel Wax before the seal to keep the deeper black?

What happens is that the brake dust builds up and doesn't look as dark when clean.

Thanks for the advice.

It's a difficult question to answer as will depend on the quality of the finish of the wheel. You can use poorboys wheel sealant. I would definitely don't leave those wheels with no protection. Also.. you may want to ask the manufacture.
