KW V2 on e93 issues?

I have been running KW V2 coilovers on my e93 335 for about 2 years but thedse days the suspension seems to be getting very hard and the car is becoming a bit like a bone shaker?

Have I got the car too low or do they need any adjustment or maintinence?

Help experts please??

Since you have V2s, you can adjust the rebound on each strut. The fronts are adjustable from the top of the strut, the rears can be removed, compressed and turned to change the setting.
