Blisten B12 or KW V1 ?

Hi, I"m looking to build my car 80% track and 20% road use.
I don't want to spend loads of money so I"m hesitating between the Blisten B12 or the KW V1.
I"m not looking to lower my car but wouldn't mind a small drop.
and I"ll probably enjoy the adjustments on the KW but will most likely rarely touch it.
