Will my car pass inspection if i buy this new muffler that is not epa or carb approved. Do they sell them approved?

I'm confused. Is this valve something you can get optionally with either the Sport or the Race Exhaust, or is this an entirely different muffler option altogether?

And also, does your muffler have a valve on it?
Where did you find such website?? is it in english?

Your car will have no problem passing inspections. The Eisenmann exhaust repleace the rear muffler only and does not touch the cats
