Filled in that annoying gap between center console and seat
I seem to always drop my phone and credit cards in that gap between my center console and seat. So I read that another member bought a gap guard which I didn't know existed! But his was $20 plus shipping and I couldn't justify it. However I found this one for $4 plus shipping on Amazon and received it today. I love it and just wanted to share a quick before and after pic from my phone.
Here is the link if anyone is interested: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JVH...&robot_redir=1 Sorry if this is a dumb thread! Haha, I just really wanted to share!

Thanks, for the price I might get it. The $20 and original version of this is called the Drop Stop. I saw them on Shark Tank. Wished I have thought of it. Such a simple design. Those guys are now millionaires.

It looks fine and is so subtle that no one will notice it.

The people who "invented" this item were actually on the tv show shark tank.
Such a simple idea and product that has made them millionaires...

I bought one but it fell into that gap between my center console and seat, and now I can't find it.

I've had these in my car for years now (original "drop stopper" brand). when I saw the infomercial video, I knew I had to get them, because I was always dropping change and stuff down there. even dropped my phone in there a couple times.
Mine are pushed down a little bit more than the pic above (especially around the seatbelt), so they really aren't noticeable, plus my interior is black, so they blend in. they are really really great. I've found they stay put when you move the seat, but if they are too low, the front portion might drop down into the gap, but I think this has only happened to me once since I've owned them, and I just pulled it back up into place. I've had them for a few years now. |
