Following the win of Mike Huckabee and Barack Obama in the Iowa caucus today, for which presidential candidate would you vote in the general election? Why?

Huckabee, Michael Dale (Republican)
Obama, Barack Hussein (Democrat)
Bloomberg, Michael Rubens (Independent)

The last 4 elections were decided in Iowa except for one candidate. That puts it at 7/8 I think. I will be voting Republican regardless of the candidate. (Though I don't know anything about the Bloomberg guy)

Obama FTW! He's the smartest one out there and really does represent change that most Americans desire.

The crazy part is Hucakbee won on the other side. He's the epitome of the evangelical vote... much the same as Bush with all of his recent gaffes.

It is like the New America vs the Old America.

But to answer Scott's question -- I would vote for Obama.
The other two (republicans) just did not leave good impression at all (especially "so called" independent guy...)
This country needs to get back where it was before, needs to balance spending, needs many things to be solved (nothing was done in last 8 years...) -- therefore, we need the biggest change seen...

Romney's clearly the best for the job. He's had so much success in Public, Private and non-profit leadership roles (The SLC Olympics was truly amazing), there simply isn't a better option - regardless of party affiliation.

If McCain or Huckabee teams up with him, it'll be all over.

And I think this is the start of Hillary's demise (thank god)

Romney and Huckabee are religious freaks. A president that ahs a hotline to Skydaddy and makes decisions based on voices in his head is dangerous.
