Active Autowerke Intercoolers now in *Stock*

Hello Board,

I would like to update the community and inform you guys that our long awaited intercoolers are now back in stock.

$1195 intro price has been extended.

Also while I have your attention, you guys refer to this intercooler as a ram air design, when it is in fact the very opposite. This is of course actually better for an intercooler design, but no less erroneous.

LOL. We should have contacted him first.

The intercooler itself is not a ram air design. The shroud funnels air to the part of the intercooler that is hidden by the bumper. Which is where the name comes from.

Yea, but doesn't that bug you that whoever did the site said its a ram air intercooler when it has nothing to do with ram air design properties.


It bugs me.

Anyway, best design of all the intercooler options, larger frontal area, low pressure and resistance to airflow over it, and larger overall.

Does anyone know how much more "efficient" this IC is compared to the stock one? Does it really keep the air cooler?
