Anyone know a place I can go to, to have my HID bulbs replaced and angel eyes as well, in vancouver,bc?

DIY, easy job.
unless you want to pay someone at least $100
N-motion next to BJ BMW can do it for you if you insist.

well Im not really good with messing with cars, I guess I can try n-motion.

you can get a quote from N-motion first.
see if they can change the bulbs without removal of the bumper.
I know the angel eye bulbs are hard to change without taking the bumper off because they are located on the bottom of the light.
maybe you want to email the DIY instructions to N-motion so they have a good understanding for your estimate.
