Soon to be new owner/snow tires?

Hey everybody!

So first off, some time in the next week I'll probably be ditching the f-150 and joining the 3 series owners club(335xi sedan) and just wanted to say hello.

Secondly, I'm planning on getting the 18" bmw rims with the sport tires that are optional with the sport package but also need to be able to drive in snow and was just curious if any of you had suggestions of specific all-season tires that would work well on the bmw 18" rims.

Thanks,
Kaiser

I had my all season and they SUCKED. I had to replace them with Bridgestone Blizzaks and now I'm perfectly fine. I dont have an xi so you might be better off...

I think you'll find that most people will suggest getting a seperate set of 17" rims and putting snows on them. There are more winter tires available in this size and it's a good way to protect your rims from all the potholes with the higher sidewalls.

I run Dunlop M3 DSST runflats and am very happy with them.

+1. I wanted to have a great snow car and these tires are great in the snow, and on dry pavement too.

I have a set of 162s with snows with 7/32nd tread that I will sell for a good price. Don't like the style on my E92 and my E90 330i is gone.

PM if interested.
