I picked up my 2010 328i xdrive with 44k. I am going with PE Exhaust and Intake. Question is do I need to reflash the ecu for the add-on's??

The ECU will adjust as the the PE breaks in. The PI will cause an immediate improvement to acceleration and the MAF will adjust the throttle body accordingly. Congrats on the new ride!

Also how do I find out which DME is in the vehicle so I can order the BMW Performance Power Kit

Get your Intake and exhaust, remove secondary Cats. Then Have AA tune your ECU.

It'll be a whole new car.
