Not too bright on their part. Your resolution to this should be very easy given the documentation on this site and your receipts/bills of sale on the Miro wheels.

All you and your attorney need to do is access the damages.

My only suggestion is to let the lawyers handle it. If they are spreading lies about your company possibly causing you to lose business. Which I am sure it will because some people will be unsure and just buy from somewhere else. Then you deserve to be compensated by the company for spreading misinformation.

We have been informed that there is a rumor circulating about the source and quality of our M6 replica wheels. We would like to clear up that our M6 wheels come directly from the same factory that produces the Moven and Miro brand M6 wheels so you are assured the same quality as the rest available. There is absolutely no difference between the two in terms of structural integrity, paint quality or durability-we assure that. They are produced from the same mold, in the same factory and using the same process. We want to ensure confidence in our products and feel the more information you the customer have, the better you will feel about your purchase. If you have any questions about our M6 wheels, we would be more than happy to help you out. Feel free to call in, email, PM, or reach us on AIM.

Thanks again for your continued support, we look forward to bringing more exciting new products to the E90Post community.

news flash. Miro wheels are KNOCK-OFF wheels, hence "M6 replica".

Actually they only have the right if it is stated in a limited warranty. If it is not, then they must honor the warranty.

This is a common disclaimer in audio/video equipment that will clearly state that the warranty is valid for the original purchaser when purchased through an authorized retailer. If the warranty does not state this within the text of the warranty, then it must be honored by the manufacturer.

Like we said - we were selling wheels from another company until mid May 2007.

Please read more careful before scrutinizing us

So... what's the word on this? Will Miro/ALT honor the warranty?

I'm fairly confident they won't sink that low to turn down warranty claims.

+1 ... at this point I would call up my lawyer and tell them to handle it. You have gone out of your way to be nice about it and they have refused to do anything.

Also on a side note .... I have had nothing but great dealings with Nick and Jon. Always great pricing, fast shipping, and top notch customer serivce.

+1.

They seem like top notch guys. Always quick to answer PM's and emails, fast shipping, and the two products I have ordered were great.
