White grills on an Alpine White e90? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I have done some searching and couldn't find anything (probably didn't search good enough), but has anyone put white grills on an AW e90?

If so, can I see some pics? If not, what do you guys think about doing that?

I just think of how good the black grills look on darker cars, so I figure a white grill might look good on Alpine white....

Hmm, On AW I'd Prefer The Contrast of a black grill

it looks beautiful. white might make it look too plain

the black on black is different because it gives it a stealthy look... white on the otherhand, idk IMO takes away from it

black looks good on anything

I wasn't completely sure either, that is why I wanted some pics. I am gonna poke around some more and see what I can come up with.

Anyone else have an opinion?

dont do it my friend has an AW e92 with AW grills and it dosent look that good ill see if i can take some pics and post them up

Looks horrible, IMO. I've seen it in real life and would prefer chrome stock over white.

Go with the matte black. On AW it really does look stunning. I was on the fence about getting them, but I just decided to go for it, and it's now one of my most favorite mods I've done.

Do it.. if you don't like them, you can always sell them on the marketplace.

well the kid in my school painted both the lower mesh grills and the regular grils AW and it looks weird its too white you guys will c what i am talking about once you see the pictures

That's the Hartge lip over the OEM bumper.
