Monthly seems a little on the high side. What exactly is the selling price, how much are you paying over invoice? Any money out of pocket?

yea those rates are really good especially the money factor. I would run everything through an online lease calculator.

Also beware of all those hidden upfront fees they are going to try to throw at you to make up for the discount they "gave" you.

That monthly is quite a bit on the high side –

On BMW USA's website, lease deals for the 328xi start at $399, and if you put more down you can bring that number down also.

That 399 is with money down. Putting money down on a lease is never a good idea.
