No, they ripped me off over $8!! Have you heard that the customer is always right .... If I ordered the wrong switch, I would have paid for shipping back, but they have a major stick up their ass that they are saying that it is no way their fault ..... bullshit!!

Then they don't let me order the right switch .... they are full of themselves!

The UPS call tag has been processed. As soon as I get word UPS picks the part up, you'll recieve full credit on the part and shipping charges. Best of luck with other vendors, you are no longer permitted to order from Tischer BMW Internet Parts Dept.

I've also emailed you direct contact information to the manager's above me here. They are well aware of the situation and will be happy to stand by my decision.

I would never rip someone off......let alone over the 8 dollar shipping charge. The unprofessional way you handled this situation, and the lies you're spreading has resulted in your ban from getbmwparts.com and mileoneparts.com.

I don't like posts where personal terms are used like "liar". There really is zero substance to this part of the thread. A disagreement, $8 shipping, no issue worth slinging crap at each other. I would prefer to edit out several of these posts by both parties.

Our reputation proceeds itself, and we do our very best to stand by the "customer is always right" statement. But the customer is only right if we've made any type of error or conducted ourselves in an unprofessional manner. The statement just gives the consumer free reign to do as they please and attempt to get over on an honest company. Evan and I would never, EVER, "rip" anyone off over an $8.00 freight charge. We make mistakes from time to time and immediately go out of our way to get them fixed at no charge to our customers. The issue here is that we didn't make a mistake. And we're not going to bend over and let a customer whine and complain his way into telling us so. We've got plenty of support on this forum and others, and nothing else really needs to be said concerning this matter. I've already notified the moderators of this thread, along with the slanderous posts found above. The conversation stops here. We will not tolerate this type of behavior from a customer, plain and simple.
