Cool Supremepower ~~~

Hello all
I usually don't post threads and just surf the forum to get info and to buy things using PM's most of the time. But i just wanted to share my experience that i had with SUPREMEPOWER with you all with their customer service.
OK here's what happened.
I sent a PM to supremepower on 24 Jan to place PRI's FMIC on order. On the original PM i sent them, i specifially asked them if they can ship one to APO address before i made my purchase. They replied back saying not a problem.

So after receiving this message i decided to purchase this from them and went ahead and placed it on order. Now few days ago i received a PM saying they can't ship it here because it is too big and asked me if they can ship it elsewhere. So i told them i have recieved much bigger items previously from other companies (wheels/tires, front bumber, spoiler, full catback) which are much bigger than FMIC's. And why would they ask if they can ship it elsewhere when this is where i'm at and this is where my car is.. hmmm. anyway they sent me another PM basically saying "Sorry no can do" So I sent them a PM saying i want a full refund and a receipt sent to my e-mail.

And today this is the answer i got from them:


There is a 25% restocking fee. If youre okay with that. I will refudn you 75% of the money for the RPI IC.

what kind of business is this. I perfectly made it clear and asked them whether they can ship one to APO before I made my purchase. And now that they can't do it after saying no problem they wan't to charge me 25% for a restocking fee????? I never said i'm returning it because i don't want it anymore. They have given me no other choice but to ask for my money back because they can't ship it over here. And now they want to charge me responsible for all this??? All i can say is WOW !! that is such a poor customer service. I will not pay any money because you guys failed to deliver the product. I'm sorry but this is just a poor poor customer service and a bad business..............

Lesson learned. I hope in the future you would pay little more attention to what your customers are saying to you or what you say to your customers so you won't make the same mistakes again.

I'm AD. Never had to ship to APO before. Sorry to hear about your experience. They think by ordering from them, they're doing us a favor. Same customer service issues at many department of motor vehicles. First **********s now Supremepower.....No Business from me.

Thats such bullshit. I've had a turbo kit with a much bigger intercooler sent to me thru APO when I lived in Germany. If they couldnt ship it APO, then it was BaxGlobal. Either way, I guess this shows what kind of company Supremepower is. Call your CC company and make sure you send them that email. Get your money back.

Too big. Please. They're probably just too lazy. Bax, UPS, etc. All of them can ship it.

OK~ they havn't charged it on my credit card yet ~ i hope it stays that way or maybe it's because it's still pending. I don't know. But either way the PM they sent me is still rediculous!!!

It was an accident guys! We thought he ordered a Britalman exhaust not a front mount intercooler. We wouldnt charge a restocking fee eitherway. Tam made an error when he sent the PM from my computer. Both the Britalman and the RPI Intercoolers are in stock and we wouldnt charge a restocking fee anyways if you changed your mind!

Nevertheless this is a major misunderstanding. Your RPI Intercooler is shipping today and for the price we quoted. Will throw in some fog light bulbs and some license plate frames for the trouble.

Sorry for the scrare. You guys know we take care of all of you to our fullest and wouldnt screw anyone out of anything.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. It was completely my goofy up. I had thought you had purchased an exhaust and didn't realize it was an intercooler. There was no problem shipping an intercooler to an APO adresss which was stated in the first couple convo's. We thought it was the exhaust and we cant ship to an APO address. I was only trying to help out Eric and Sean but It turned out to be a big misunderstanding that I made. We here at Supreme power always take care of customers. And We will all try to help you out with whatever you need in the future. We want to earn your business if that is possible, and I hope we all can put this ordeal behind us.

I dont normally post but I just wanted to say that supremepowerparts is an awesome vendor. For those who read this thread I wouldnt pass a judgement because they do provide excellent customer service. They have already admitted they made a mistake and have taken care of it fairly imo. Ive ordered from spp (eric) specifically and all I have is props to that guy for customer service, ill order from them anyday again. The first set of fog bulbs that went out in the mail never arrived and he soon shipped out another no questions asked!

I have used SPP several times and everytime not only is their service and prices good, they'll talk to you while you wait. It makes the time go by much faster, and you feel like they actually care about your business. Your not sitting there bored out of your mind. I will DEF do business with SPP again
