Color/Intensity of OEM HID Headlights? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Does anyone know the color (i.e. 5800K) of the OEM xenons? I was thinking about buying a Lux system for my on-order E90, but I don't want the Angel Eyes to be brighter than the actual headlights (just a preference thing), so I was looking for a comparison.

If I don't want superbright, is there a way to change the bulbs in the E90 to something whiter other than Lux 5.0?

Thanks for the info, man it's bad to have the mod bug before even getting the car!!

3200 lumen.

also the stock bulb does match LUX 5.0 the best. I personally have 6000k D1S bulbs and the aspherical reflector in the light has a blueish hue to it when the xenon's are on.
