Performance Bolt-ons here....

From having lots of car and my family in the business, I feel that when the performance bolt-ons become available, the car will be even more fun...

I think getting a free flo muffler and a new performance intake the 2 most inportant add-ons I will do, besides maybe the DINAN chip..

If you find these for the e90 available - please let us know here.

Definitely fun to install some aftermarket parts to squeeze a little bit extra from the car. Haven't seen anything from Dinan yet but they must be developing something already. Eventually there'll be more intake and exhaust mods available than you know what to do with. Hopefully the E90 responds well to these mods.

Rachel is your family in the car tuning business?

Rachel - lucky you to grow up around cars! So you must know about the ins and outs of a car pretty well. I'm curious have any family members looked at your E90 yet and commented on how it's performance can be improved? What are your planned mods?

I'm kinda on the fence. All my past cars and current car have been modded(performance, not bodykits) out like crazy. I'm getting tired of boy racers trying to rev on me and the like. That was part of my reason to buy the E90, fast refined power out of the box. Don't get me wrong, once in the blood, always in the blood, but this time I won't go crazy, maybe just a chip.

That's what I say everytime I get a new ride but I always end up modding it more than "just a chip" I justtify it because this is my biggest hobby.

What kind of performance increase (HP) can be expected from a Dinan chip on a normally aspirated 3.0 liter engine (based upon past percentage increases from chip makers)?

My previous car was an Audi A4 with the 1.8 turbo, and I added a chip for a 33% increase in power (150HP to 200HP). I realize that I may only realize a 7-10 HP increase on a normally aspirated engine.

Well, I'll probally end up with pedals, spoiler and the like, but I don't think I will get the rims, exhaust, intake and the like, at least not for a long time. Modding out cars used to be my hobby, but it's a terrible investment. Kinda like car audio, I'd rather put that money into my home system. Here's some pics of my current car, white Prelude:

Besides I ordered a car that I assume you approve of, but then again, I don't give a rats ass about what you think.

A bit touchy are we?
If you really don´t care, why the reply?
Oh and of course calling someone a dick is a true sign of class. Thank you for pointing out how much more class you have than me.

Chill out fellas.. to each his own. Thanks for sharing pics of your car HRC, I'm hoping the mod bug doesn't bite me as bad as always when I get my E90 (though I wouldn't bet much money on it ).

hay HRC nice car!!
as for the moding or bolt ons i think dinan can do much more for the 325 then the 330, like make there own 3 stage intake manafold(and an intake to work better with there manifold), and more agressive chip!!! but these will probally would work on the 330.
