Are you talking lower springs etc?

If so, i would call Eurasia first or someone like that.

Be careful with shops here in E-town, they are mostly shitty and are used to working on RV and p/u trucks.

One on 91st screwed my TL and I ended up going back to the dealership.

What system are you installing?

Amen to Eurasia!

I've had some work done by them.

OEM ZSP springs (Car isn't a ZSP). Looking to get some ZSP shocks, even though the ride is still fine.

I want to do more, but I got the thumbs up from the wife to upgrade the 330i to a M3 sedan when they come to Edmonton so I'm stopping at that for now.

I might do a Lux install down the road.....

BTW, I had a buddy do my install at his bay in Mayfield Toyota after hours.

Doing suspension isn't that hard, but it helps if you have a lift to get under the car. The fronts where harder than the fronts IMHO.

I have the Dinan oil cooler, ECU, exhaust combo being installed on the car when it arrives for PDI. I know it is a ton of $$$ but I like the feeling of having some kind of warranty on the car. Plus I do feel Dinan engineers superior product and thinks big picture about the engine as a system not just one sided about boost.

I also like being able to take my car to the dealership and not apologize for the mods.

I was going to add the stg 2 but it doesn't look to be coming for a while.

We'll see what comes on the intake side, BMW Performance or Dinan.

I just need to do some suspension. Dam xi cars

Hehe, I know they are! I found out MSRP from my buddies at the stealership and asked them "my" price.

I know a deal when I see one......

I was going to pull the trigger this year, but the wife and I are looking at purchasing a business soon so I thought waiting would be a good idea.

sparkyg ur car with all your options and upgrades probably costs almost as much as a base m3. i am not sure but is the only upgrade u can do to ur suspension is the springs, since i have not seen any coilover or shocks for them.

i bet ur car would put up a good fight with the m3 in a drag race with ur dinan mods and allwheel drive.

I don't disagree but optioned up it'll be over $80k+5% for our eastern "friends"

The problem for us up here is we need a car for all seasons and I want to drive my car all year round. The M3 is not that car.

The 335 is a better daily driver, can run on 89 gas, has great mileage and is easy to drive. The M3 will be none of the above and a 12:1 compression car will suck to drive a stick and you gotta run 93 all the time.

If I am gonna drop the cash there is a twin turbo M car in the future that I will set my sights on.

The M3 is nice but given my mods present and future, I'll be more than happy to take one on.

Biggest reason I didn't get an Xi is the ride height. I don't understand why Audi and Subaru can come out with a car that is 3" off the ground and is AWD, but BMW lifts the car? Do they expect us to take it offroad?

Alberta winters do not require AWD. Well, at least down here they don't. We have maybe 10 days of winter where you need winter tires and DTC. The rest of the year, the road are dry and just chew up your winter tires.

Hey Benyl,

Totally diff weather in Edmonton. Calgary spends most of the year w/o snow. You guys could definitely go with RWD all winter with winter tires.

E-town it comes and then never leaves for 4 months. We also seem to get more ice, crap roads since we only plow the bus routes. The main roads do get better but things are normally totally sh*tty on Jan/Feb.
