I originally posted this in the general NYC-NJ-PA forumn but it got moved to Vendor feedback. Wanted to get V&S included on here.

Since most of use come on here to vent about bad experieces, I figured I would give a reccomendation for good service.

When I couldn't resolve an issue with a BMW Dealer or should I say their lack of getting back to me regarding a suspension issue they supposedly looked at, I went to V&S. They looked at and had my car ready the same day. Where I thought I needed a strut replaced, turned it all it was just a strut mount that needed to be replaced. Its a family owned shop that has been around for over 30 years.

Anybody in the Queens area looking for a better alternative to the stealership, give V&S a try.

Anyone near York PA. CBRD Speedfactory on Route 30. Chad and Mark really know what they are doing and I have never seen a cleaner shop. They did my H & R suspension on my E90. They are also a Tire Rack authorized intallation center. Check them out at www.cbrdspeedfactory.com

Just sent them an email for a price quote for a brake install, hopefully they'll get back to me and if the price is decent I might give them a try and let our members know.

Guys are awesome, specialize in S4 work but I've seen plenty of BMW/MB/Porsche jobs over there that were done great. Haven't experienced as a customer firsthand, but have many friends who swear by them. I've also hung out with a few of the guys there BS'ing and they're more than willing to talk cars all day.

I took my car in there for an Active Autowerke flash. They did it while I waited and they had a comfortable showroom where I watched TV. It took about 2 hours total and they charged me just the price for the flash, no additional labor. The other shop I wanted to bring the car to told me 3 days and it had about an additional $350 in labor costs. They are located on Long Island. I am in NYC and it took me 30 minutes to get there.
