I tried a long time ago and the set up system wanted me to get some credit card???? I am not the best pc geek.

EDIT. I just went through the set up and it said I was already on. Waiting for password to be sent to my e-mail.

I am on paypal after all. I tried to confirm I was on Premier but am not sure. It kept looping back and forth to the same screen.
